What happens when you pray this prayer, search me oh
Lord.
This means you are asking God to search your heart to see if
anything may be hidden that has been suppressed.
By no means is anything hidden to the Lord, so it will
not come as a surprise to God but may very well be a surprise to you.
This can work for the good to manifest as well as bad.
But be not discouraged when things start to come to the surface if it is not all good. This is going to
be for your better.
The Lord is a consuming fire so the test is on and the spirit
of God is searching your heart.
Fire is going to bring things out in the open. Something
that you may have thought that you were over and forgotten all about may come to surface.
When this happens you can find freedom in your spirit
by asking God to deliver you of it.
The need to pray such a prayer is for you to come to a higher
level in God to be set free.
Many times you may have wondered why you could not grow more
in the spirit.
The reason is these things need to be dealt with and you need
to come to terms with whatever may be hindering you. He will and can deliver you just ask Him to.
