One of the biggest misconceptions that a believer has is being told that after they have been converted to Christ that everything is changed.

There is still the need  of inner healing , the ways of the old carnal man that must be brought down under subjection everyday of a believer’s life.

The fact is one can be saved and still be carrying around old things from the past, by that I mean weights that are dormant and will sooner or later show up.

The Bible says to lay aside every weight that so easily beset you. Here the word is speaking to believers not the unsaved.

If there was a need to speak of these things, then there is in fact a problem that many are not dealing with that are becoming a stumbling block.

         Through out life people acquire a self personally, little things that they feel justified in doing and behaving.

Many have a low self esteem, you know the type that believe they are unworthy and are not fit to be in the Kingdom of God. Do to some old thing someone told them or did to them to cause them to feel unworthy.

Many have a haughty spirit, you know the kind that believes they can do better then anyone else and have more knowledge than most. It becomes all about them and these are the things that are working in the body today that are doing nothing but hindering the work of the Lord.

You have heard the old saying, "birds of a feather flock together". I have seen the cluster of people gather together that have malfunctions of some sort in their life and they seek out others that have some of the same characteristics.

It seems they cluster together in order to defend their works of the flesh and all that this is bringing about is nothing but” flesh pots” full of fleshly desires self esteem works that are not of God.

There is the need for an “inner healing” that must take place in each individual when they come to the Lord. The works of the flesh has got to be dealt with and must be brought under subjection before more damage is done to that person and those that are in contact as well.

This teaching is a must in order for the children of God to grow as the Lord desire for them.

The works of the flesh is something people are trying to hide, but here is a wake up call. All those that believe they are doing a good job of hiding the works of the flesh, your works are going to show.

Works of the flesh will manifest and you just as well get this taken care of now and stop trying to deceive yourself as well as trying to deceive others.

Get the” inner healing” that is so needed in order for you to grow in the spirit and stop trying to serve two masters at the same time.

Admit you are in need of help. God does not frown on those that admit they are in need of help. But He will reveal things that you may think are hidden.

It would be much better for you to openly admit of the help you need, than to have God bust the bubble that you are trying to live in.

Get help and get it now, seek God for deliverance of your flesh.

Check you motives in all that you do.
