How you can receive an inner healing

First of all you must realized that you are in need of an inner healing.

Inner healings are things that have hurt you, damaged you, and is hindering you in any way, heart, soul, and mind.

If you are holding onto hurts of things others have done to you or you have done to yourself, then you are in need of an inner healing.

By you not willing or having the knowledge of the need to let go, is only doing more damage and harm to your soul and this is allowing what has happened to you to keep doing it over and over again deep within your soul.

With God’s help you can let go of the things from the past, but you must stop rehearsing the past old hurts over and over again in your mind.

You must know that you are keeping something alive by your mind dwelling on the hurts, rejections, etc.

You must refuse to allow your mind to think about it. Refuses to give another moment of your precious time on the matter, it is gone and it is passed.

Forgiveness is a step that God will help in doing. After all God is all about healing not only the outer man but also the inner man, the healing of the complete person. Fact you must know that only God can give you the strength to forgive.

A prayer you can start with: Heavenly Father that loves me, I do not want to carry this bondage any longer; I will not allow the hurts, nor the person or persons that have inflicted me with hurts to continue to do so any longer.

With your help I am letting go of all of the pain, all the sorrow and hopelessness and I am receiving healing and forgiveness.

God help me to forgive, so that I can be free from this bondage that I am in. Help me to be free from the past, free from the hurting things that have happened to me. Heal me internally and teach me to let go of the past.

I thank you for my inner healing and I thank you for your beautiful light that has taken away all the darkness that once had me bound.

Today I am free from any and all bondages because of you and my dear savior Jesus Christ.

P.S. I really like the new whole person that I am now, because I am free and healed inside and out.
