Each of you has the ability to hear the voice of the Lord. It is not all that hard to know God’s voice as some may think it so.

The most important thing you must do is to be still, meaning stop all the worry or thoughts you may have going on in your mind.

The clearing of all the clutter that has been allowed to go on in the mind is the reason why so many are having such a hard time to hear the voice of the Lord.

As you do so, open your mind to the Lord and allow the thoughts and the visions to flow through your mind.

With all the commotions that are going on in and about this life, it is no wonder many are having a time hearing the voice of the Lord.

Having the TV blaring or music that has nothing to do about God etc. or always talking about a problem is no way to be able to hear the voice of the Lord. Actually this is disrespect to the Lord for He requires reverence when you go before Him and are seeking to hear His voice.

One other big hindrance that many have is asking to hear the voice of the Lord but only wanting to hear what they want and not what the Lord’s desire is for their life. This has been a lot of people’s problems, thinking they can convince God to have things the way they want them.

Seek God daily and read His word for guidance and help to know when He is speaking to you.
