What will He find when the book of life is opened as you stand before him? Many theories have been taught on this. It is as if some have been teaching that all of the sins you have committed are going to be wrote down in some big book. If this were so some would have to have a book so big that it would be unbelievable. In Revelation20: 12 tell us the book was opened and the dead was judged out of those things that were written, according to their works. So the question may be what is works? The word works meaning is activity in which one exerts strength to do or perform something. This is one of much definition in the dictionary. In reading in the Bible of works is regarded of works of flesh. As well as the parable of the man who build his house on the sand and the man who build his house on the rock. This also is a work. Where is your house build on? Is it on a shallow life style with many of the works of the flesh? Do you have to have things your way and not God’s way? Here is a good question for you what is working in you? The battle that the believers have to deal with is the works of the flesh things that you may be allowing to work within your being. This can either be good for you or bad, depending on what it is that is working in you. Just because you are a believer and go to church all of the time this does in no way make everything all right. Just because there are outward things that you have given up which by the way one has to really watch the puffed up spirit that may be in you from the fact of the many things that you have given up. This is not done in order for one to feel as if they are better than those that have not overcome certain things in their life. Yet this is being done right in the church making those that are maybe battling a problem. By people treating others badly just because they have not met your standards is not your place to do so. This is causing people to leave the church and never come back. What people need to do is leave others alone and work on their own self it is not your place to rebuke anyone. Who are you to feel that your works have given you the equipment to put people in their so-called place? When doing so you are becoming a stumbling block to the children of God. I am going to have to write the passage in the Bible in order for those that are wondering if this is so or not. In Galatians5: 19-21 here are the works of the flesh; Adultery, fornication, uncleanness, lasciviousness, idolatry, witchcraft, hatred, variance, emulation’s, wrath, strife, sedition’s, heresies, envyings, murders, drunkenness. Revellings, It also says they that do such things shall not inherit the kingdom of God. So now you may want to get out your dictionary and check out what each word may mean and ask yourself does any of these things work in me. This can become a real eye opener for many. After reading this and checking out yourself if any of these things may be working in you should by no means be discouraging to you. This should be deliverance in your behalf. This is something that is in need of being taught to the children of God. Keeping yourself busy with keeping your motives in order is all that is required of you. It is not your place and is spoken against to judge others. Children of God if you feel that you are in need to judge, then judge yourself and leave the real judging to the Heavenly Father. My prayer is that this helps you in your walk with God. This should take a great load off of your shoulders that it is your salvation that you are to work out and not others.
