Philippians 3: 13 &14
Brethren,
I count not myself to have apprehended: but this one thing I do, forgetting those things, which are behind, and reaching forth
unto things, which are before. I press on toward the mark of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus.
This makes
it very clear that in order to press on towards the mark, first there has to be a forgetting of the things from the past.
Forget about
where you came from, what side of the tracks you were raised on, how unaccepted you may have been.
It matters
not what you once did or did not do. It matters not the mistakes you made. If you will not let go of the past you cannot press
on toward the mark.
God is all
about forgiving any and all things and not only does God forgive He also forgets what you did.
No one is
holding you back or hindering you but yourself. You are at a stand still by your choice. You can’t go on, if you won’t
let go.
Get a vision
and hold of that vision and don’t look to someone else to fulfill that vision it is yours to achieve. You are well able
to fulfill what God has given you to do by His spirit.
