What does the Bible say for the believers to do in order to obtain healing?

Of course there are different types of healing and whatever you may have need of there has already been a way made for each of God’s people to receive a healing.

Actually healing has already been provider for the children of God that way has been made through Christ Jesus.

James 5: 14 Is any sick among you? Let him call for the elders of the church; and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord:

15 And the prayer of faith shall save the sick, and the Lord shall raise him up; and if he have committed sins, they shall be forgiven him.

The question is being asked here, if there is any sick. The steps that are to be taken are for the one that is sick for him or her to have faith for their healing. The sick one is to ask (call for the elders of the church) that is a faith action on their part.

Next step is the elders are to have faith as well. The elders are to pray over the sick one, anointing them with oil in the name of the Lord.

So now we have in agreement the sick one and the elders for healing.

Many that are sick or ailing are having people say a prayer over them and the ones doing the praying do not have the faith in the Lord Jesus Christ for healings. So it is wise to know those brothers and sister of the faith

The prayer of faith (To know that healing only comes through Jesus Christ, man is to have the faith God is well able to heal sickness) shall save the sick and the Lord shall rise him up; and if he has committed sins, they shall be forgiven.

So not only will the sick be saved, raised up, but if there has been any sins they shall also be forgiven.

Healing must start with the inner man first. There is such confusion of healing in many people. Healing of the inner man means changing the way one has been thinking.

So you might put it like this, a healing of the mind is vital in order for the physical man to receive a healing.

So the process of elimination (removing) doubt or unbelief must be dealt with first within the mind of the one that is sick or ailing.

Something I believe that the children of God truly need to know is God does not make one sick if they have done something wrong.

When reading the passages of scriptures I have here, should open your eyes as to how much the Heavenly Father truly loves the World (people).

16For God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.

17For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved.

18He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.

Upon reading different times that Jesus came across ones that were sick or had a need, Jesus Christ ask this question such as, will they be made whole or what would you ask. Jesus was actually seeing if the one in need had faith enough to ask for a healing or deliverance.

Clearing the mind of any doubtful thoughts that you may have been thinking is a must. Put your total faith is a healing Jesus that He came to heal the sick.

Jesus Christ has paid the price for the World to receive healing of the mind, soul and the body. It was done on Calvary’s cross.
