In the days of the Early
Church, the people of willing hearts to do right and be taught of God’s great promise that was given to the world that
the comforter had come. They too would be filled and running over with the Holy Ghost.
The Apostles were to see
that each member were welcomed and treated fairly and as the body of Christ grew in numbers.
They took time out to communicate
with each other. They eat together and had fellowship with the spirit of the Lord together. They took into consideration each
member of the body of the church.
They shared with each other
their food, money, and many sold their property in order for the church to have all things command.
They met in houses and worshiped
the Lord and as they worshiped the Lord the spirit of God would fill their house with His wonderful glory.
The people would gather with
expectancy that God would fill their hearts with joy.
No one tried to out do one
another for all were filled with the Holy Ghost.
They wanted nothing more
than to enter into God’s presence and praise His holy name.
They walked away from their
life as that once knew, just to follow God and loved fellowshipping with the members of the church.
They saw and experiences
miracles on a daily bases. There were no doubt in their hearts that the glory of the Lord was going to enter in their midst
as they gathered together.
Blinded eyes were healed,
the lame became whole and walked, and the sick were healed of all manner of illnesses.
The baptism of the Holy Ghost
that Jesus Christ had promised was being poured out, sweeping over and filling great crowds of people.
The lost were accepting the
message of Jesus Christ and redemption for all that was lost and thousands were accepting Christ as their savior and were
delivered.
Picture the multitude of
people gathering around a camp fire with the amber glow from the fire on each one that were attending the outside meetings.
Picture their faces as the spirit of God filled their hearts with his wonderful joy.
One can almost feel the love
that was spread about as everyone attended the gatherings. The only reason they gathered was to offer praise and worship the
spirit of God.
They gathered to hear the
apostles tell the stories of Jesus while He was on earth, of all the many great things that Jesus preformed and most of all
of the love that Jesus Christ had for all. He loved so much that He gave His life that each and everyone might be saved.
How their hearts must have
burned within them as they heard of one such man that loved them so.
Excitement filling the air
as heaven opened up pouring out all over showers after showers of the blessings coming from God.
Such a wonderful savior,
our Lord Jesus Christ said He would not leave His little ones comfortless. For now the promise of the comforter had come,
just like He said.
I have good news for the
true believers of God, those that have sold out to do service for God. There is coming a pure of heart people together, just
to enter in the presence of the spirit of God as they did in the early church .
This I know, for I have been
shown a beautiful vision from the Lord.
And they shall be carrying
the true light.
The comforter has come.
